- Options drinks are low in salt - typically containing just 5% of your GDA for salt. The UK recommended salt intake is 6g per day or less.

- Guideline Daily Amounts help make nutritional information easier to understand by putting it into an 'everyday' context. They show how much sugar, fat, saturated fat, salt and how many calories men and women should consume in one day to maintain a healthy, balanced diet.

- No. Neither Options Hot Chocolates nor Options Cafe Coffees contain Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil.
- 9. Do Options products contain any allergens?
- Apart from Wicked White Chocolate, all other Options products do not contain nuts. Wicked White chocolate may contain traces of almond and hazelnut. Cracking Hazelnut does not contain nuts, as it is made using non-nut based ingredients. Options products contain milk and soy.

- Three. Dreamy Cappuccino, Luscious Latte and Melting Mocha. They each come in handy single serve sachets and 140g jars.

- Yes - each Cafe style coffee contains real coffee and caffeine.
