Contributions to optionstreats.co.uk
9. Where you are invited to submit any contribution to optionstreats.co.uk (including any text, photographs, graphics, video or audio) you agree, by submitting your contribution, to grant R. Twinings and Co. Ltd a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sub-licenseable right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, play, make available to the public, and exercise all copyright and publicity rights with respect to your contribution worldwide and/or to incorporate your contribution in other works in any media now known or later developed for the full term of any rights that may exist in your contribution, and in accordance with privacy restrictions set out in R. Twinings and Co. Ltd's Privacy Policy. If you do not want to grant to R. Twinings and Co. Ltd the rights set out above, please do not submit your contribution to optionstreats.co.uk
10. Further to paragraph 9, by submitting your contribution to optionstreats.co.uk you:

11. If there is any conflict between these terms and specific terms appearing elsewhere on optionstreats.co.uk then the latter shall prevail.
12. If any of these terms are determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which these terms are intended to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction in which that term is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and the remaining terms shall survive, remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.
13. These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Competitions and Prizes

1. These rules apply to all prize promotions including free draws, prize competitions and instant win offers.
2. From time to time R.Twining and Company Ltd will run competitions, free prize draws and promotions on this website. These may be subject to additional terms that will be made available at the time.
3. Promotions are open to all UK and Ireland residents aged 18 and over.
4. Prizes are non-transferable, non-negotiable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
5. R.Twining and Company Ltd and the promoter reserve the right to substitute the prize for another prize of equal value.

18. Where R.Twining and Company Ltd runs a competition with a promoter such that the promoter is responsible for the selection and/or the provision of prizes then R.Twining and Company Ltd shall not be responsible for or have any liability for the provision of such prizes.
19. Offer closes on the 4th January 2011, the winner will be the first entry chosen at random under independent supervision.
20. The prize is for you and one guest to win a Spa Day at selected nationwide locations (GB only excludes Northern Ireland). The prize includes a day at the selected spa. Please note travel is not included.

Morrison's free prize draw to win weekend away in Brussels 2010
1. No purchase necessary.
2. This promotion is open to UK residents only, aged 18 and over - excluding employees of the promoter, Wm Morrison Supermarkets, their families, agents or anyone else associated with this promotion.
3. Final closing date for receipt of entries is 31st December 2010.
4. The free prize draw will take place on the 24th January.
5. There is one first prize consisting of two standard Eurostar tickets from London to Brussels, two nights in a 4* hotel for two people sharing a double room and £500 spending money only. No additional expenses will be covered.
6. There are five runners up prizes of Options hampers containing a selection of Options hot chocolates and an Options mug.
7. The winner for the first prize and runners up prize will be selected at random from all entries received by the closing date and will be contacted in the first instance by telephone. This will be followed up by a letter sent by registered post confirming the win.

9. In the event that the Promoter is unable to contact the winner of the first prize by midnight on the 25/01/2011 and after taking all reasonable steps to do so it reserves the right at its absolute discretion to award the prize to a substitute winner drawn at the same time. If, for any reason whatsoever, the winner selected for the first prize is unable or unwilling to accept any element of the prize, the Promoter may at its discretion choose a replacement entrant without further reference or obligation to the entrant originally selected.
10. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
